For example, if you return a product worth ₹1,000, the refund amount may be ₹980 (after deducting 2% processing charges). This ensures we can continue providing quality service while managing the costs associated with returns and refunds.
We offer exchanges for size or color variations. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. If the new item is of the same or lesser value, we'll refund the difference. If it's of higher value, you'll need to pay the difference.
Note: Shipping charges are required for the new order when processing an exchange. The shipping fee will be applied to your new order at checkout.
